​Job Description
: Access control officer for gated communities and/or condominium buildings. Applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; good to excellent computer skills to process traffic and the ability to multi-task throughout the shift. Some sites require hourly foot patrols using smart phone technology, you must be able to learn and use this technology to apply for this position.

​Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Assure that all persons entering the property are authorized to do so.
  2. ​Maintain constant, mobile random and unsystematic surveillance of assigned areas providing maximum visibility.
  3. Provide appropriate assistance as needed to resident visitors in an expedient and professional manner.
  4. Promote an overall security and safety awareness throughout your assigned area of responsibility.
  5. Complete all Daily Activity Reports, Incident Reports, Supplemental Reports, and other written documents pertinent to the day-to-day activities of the employee’s assigned tasks and responsibilities in the manner required.
  6. Responsible for the care and control of electronic equipment, keys, and any other equipment assigned.
